Build your projects and take them from idea to reality
We spend time getting to know and talking with our clients to understand their vision, purpose, goals, hobbies and lifestyle. During this phase, our goal is having a clearer idea of the project’s requirements and initial ideas, to guide the design process.
Together with the client, we establish the project’s general goals. We thoroughly analyze the site, in addition to any applicable municipal and/or government laws and regulations.
We co-create a basic outline, or volume of the project, where the client's vision, expectations and needs are integrated into a volumetric proposal that responds to the site’s features, ecosystem, climate and culture.
The design team, including other applicable consultants (e.g., lighting, acoustics, home automation, renewable energy, landscaping, etc.) will develop the CD set to include all information and construction details necessary for the permitting process and subsequent construction of the project.
